Morrow founder and Chairman, Dr. Liu Thai Ker, is the former Chief Architect and CEO of the Housing and Development Board, as well as the former Chief Planner and CEO of the Urban Renewal Authority in Singapore.
Widely recognized as the “Architect of Modern Singapore,” he played a pivotal role in shaping the country’s housing and urban landscape. He oversaw the development of 20 new towns and more than half a million housing units. Dr. Liu has also been invited to provide urban planning expertise in over 50 cities worldwide.
Dr. Liu envisions Amarapura River City as a world-class destination, rich in history, culture, and tourism.
