Dr. Toe Toe Win is a distinguished structural design engineer in Myanmar, recognized for his extensive contributions to the field nationwide.
He currently serves as the National Counterpart for the CQHP and HPBC (High-rise and Public Building Projects Committee). Previously, Dr Toe held the position of Associate Professor at Yangon Technological University.
